Product Description

Non-curing Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Leakage Repair Coating

Main Application Areas:

  • Industrial and Civil Buildings: Roof and side wall waterproofing projects
  • Underground Engineering: Waterproofing for basements, subway stations, and tunnels
  • Special Engineering Projects: Green roofs, road bridges, and railway waterproofing
  • Water Conservancy Facilities: Dams, water tanks, oil tanks, brine tanks, and similar structures
  • Maintenance and Repair Projects: Repair of aging waterproof layers; grouting and sealing of expansion joints and settlement joints
  • Performance Indicator Specific Characteristics
Non-curing Remains in a viscous gel state even after long-term exposure to air; solid content ≥98%~99.8%
Strong Self-healing Capability Localized damage to the waterproof layer can be automatically repaired, maintaining the integrity of the waterproof system
Excellent Creep Resistance High flexibility with elongation ≥800%, capable of accommodating substrate deformation and structural displacement
Superior Adhesion Performance Can be applied on damp substrates; forms tight bonding with concrete, metal, SBS/APP membranes, and other materials
High & Low Temperature Resistance Maintains high viscoelastic state within -20℃~70℃ range; retains good adhesion at -20℃
Anti-water Migration Forms a skin-like waterproof layer that prevents water from migrating within the waterproof system
Environmentally Safe Solvent-free, no volatile emissions, non-toxic, odorless, and non-flammable

    Construction Methods:

    • Spray Application: Mechanical spraying ensures uniform thickness and high construction efficiency.
    • Scrape Application: Manual scraping is suitable for detailed nodes and complex area treatment.
    • Grouting for Leakage Repair: Used for repairing cracks and existing leakage points in structures.

Typical Construction Process (Composite Waterproofing System):

  •

    1. Substrate preparation → 2. Non-curing coating application → 3. Membrane laying while the coating is hot → 4. Detail node reinforcement → 5. Protective layer construction

    Key Construction Points:

    • Substrate moisture content should be ≤9%, and the surface must be solid, flat, and free of standing water.
    • Coating heating temperature ranges from 140℃ to 175℃, and construction ambient temperature should be ≥5℃.
    • For single coating application, the thickness should be ≥2mm; for composite systems, the coating layer thickness should be ≥1.5~2.5mm.
    • Waterproof membrane laying must be completed within 3 minutes after coating application to ensure optimal bonding.
    • The overlap joints of waterproof membranes should be rolled 2~3 times with a pressure roller weighing at least 50kg.
