1. Non‑curing and excellent creep property It remains a viscous paste permanently without forming a hard film. It can absorb and dissipate structural deformation stress, prevent the waterproof layer from being fractured by base‑course cracking, and adapt to settlement and vibration deformation.
2. Self‑healing and puncture‑resistant to prevent water channeling Tiny punctures and micro‑cracks can be self‑closed and repaired. It achieves full adhesion with substrates such as concrete and steel plates, eliminates water‑channeling passages between the waterproof layer and the base, and delivers outstanding anti‑water‑channeling performance.
3. Good bonding compatibility It has excellent compatibility with SBS modified asphalt waterproof membranes and self‑adhesive asphalt membranes. It can directly bond membranes in a hot‑melt state. Construction is permitted on damp substrates (standing water or ponding on the substrate is prohibited).
4. High solid content, solvent‑free and eco‑friendly Solid content ≥98%, with barely any volatile substances and no organic solvent pollution. Adopting hot‑melt construction, it can reach the designed thickness in one pass with no waiting for film formation and drying. Lay membranes immediately while the coating is still hot after application. It supports high‑efficiency construction by manual troweling or mechanical spraying.
5. Temperature and corrosion resistance It shows no cracking at low‑temperature flexibility of ‑20 °C and no sliding or flowing at 65 °C. It features good resistance to acid, alkali and salt corrosion, suitable for underground corrosive environments.
