Product Advantages

Excellent high‑low temperature resistance: Resists flowing and deformation under high temperature, maintains elasticity and avoids brittle cracking at ‑25 ℃, suitable for projects in cold regions and areas with large temperature differences.

Reliable lap‑joint sealing: Adopt hot‑melt construction. Lap joints are fused together to form a complete seamless integral waterproof layer with strong anti‑water‑channeling performance.

Weathering and aging resistance: UV‑resistant and rain‑erosion resistant. It can be used for outdoor exposed applications with long service life under normal working conditions.

Convenient maintenance: Local damage can be repaired by hot‑melt without replacing the whole membrane, enabling simple later‑stage maintenance.

Construction Method (Hot‑melt Method, Mainstream Process)

Substrate treatment: The base surface shall be firm, flat, dry and clean. Remove floating dust, oil stains and sharp protrusions. Make arc‑shaped corners at internal and external corners. Apply base treatment agent evenly and wait until it is fully dried.

Detail additional layer: Pre‑lay additional layers of the same membrane material at leakage‑prone joints such as internal and external corners, pipe roots, water outlets and deformation joints to strengthen waterproof protection.

Marking and dry laying: Snap lines for positioning according to the membrane width. Pre‑lay the membrane to release stress and confirm the laying position.

Hot‑melt laying: Evenly heat the bottom surface of the membrane with a flame torch. When the bitumen melts and turns glossy black, roll the membrane forward simultaneously. Compact immediately with pressure roller to exhaust air underneath and ensure tight bonding between membrane and substrate.

Lap‑joint sealing: The long‑side lap width shall be no less than 100 mm, and the short‑side lap width shall be no less than 150 mm. Heat the lap joints by hot‑melt until continuous uniform modified bitumen strips extrude to guarantee tight joint sealing.

End sealing: Fix the membrane ends with metal pressure strips and seal tightly with sealant.

Water‑closing / water‑storage test: Carry out water‑closing test after construction to confirm no leakage.

Protective layer construction: Apply cement mortar or fine aggregate concrete protective layer for non‑exposed areas. Adopt aluminum foil or reflective coating for exposed roofs.

Construction Notes: Keep uniform flame temperature. Avoid over‑heating which may burn through the membrane. Fire protection measures shall be taken at the construction site.
