1. Strong Adhesion: Firm bonding to asphalt and cement-concrete pavements. Resists debonding under freeze-thaw and water immersion for stable waterproof sealing.
2. Superior High-low Temperature Performance: No flowing or tire-sticking at high temperature; flexible at low temperature without brittle cracking. Multiple grades available for wide service temperature of-40℃~80℃.
3. High Deformation Compatibility: 30-70% elastic recovery rate. Accommodates repeated thermal movement of cracks and resists fracture under pavement displacement.
4. Excellent Weather & Aging Resistance: UV-resistant, resistant to de-icing salt, acid-alkali and water erosion. Service life reaches 3-8 years under normal outdoor conditions.
5. Good Workability: Solid blocks melt at 180-200℃ with favorable fluidity to achieve full and compact crack filling.
6. Fast Curing: Quick cooling-curing enables fast traffic reopening and short road closure time.
7. Wear & Rolling Resistance: Withstands repeated tire loading, prevents material pull-out and blocks silt intrusion into joints.
8. Cost-effective Preventive Maintenance: Seals cracks to protect pavement base and slow down road deterioration, cutting heavy repair costs.

1. Crack Pretreatment: Remove dust, gravel and loose aggregates by crack cleaner and high-pressure air blower. Keep cracks dry and clean; dry wet areas completely.
2. Material Melting: Load modified asphalt sealant into melter, heat to 180-200℃ and stir evenly. Avoid local over-heating and carbonization.
3. Crack Pouring: Inject molten sealant into cracks via pouring gun for compact filling. Keep material surface 1-2 mm above pavement to offset shrinkage upon cooling.
4. Cooling & Curing: Allow natural cooling until fully cured. Prolong cooling time in low-temperature conditions.
5. Cleaning & Traffic Opening: Trim excess sealant on pavement. Reopen traffic after full curing.
Application Scenarios
1. Asphalt Pavements: Repair and sealing of transverse and longitudinal cracks for highways, municipal roads and rural roads.
2. Cement-concrete Pavements: Filling expansion joints, construction joints and settlement joints.
3. Bridge Projects: Sealing of bridge deck cracks and expansion joints.
4. Industrial Sites: Factory roads, parking lots and plaza pavements.
5. Special Sites: Airport runways and freight yard pavement joints.
6. Maintenance Works: Preventive road maintenance, old road reconstruction and sealing for joints between old and new pavements.
