Product Introduction

HDPE polymer self‑adhesive film waterproof membrane adopts high‑density polyethylene as base material, compounded with special self‑adhesive layer and release film. Adopting pre‑laid reverse‑bonding technology, the membrane is pre‑laid on bedding layer, and post‑poured concrete bonds tightly with adhesive layer, eliminating water channeling between waterproof layer and structural layer. It is a dedicated waterproof material for underground projects.

Application Scope

Suitable for waterproofing of basement bottom plates, underground garages, underground side walls, subways, tunnels, utility tunnels, civil air‑defense projects and other underground structures. Not suitable for exposed roof application.

Construction Method

1. Substrate Treatment: Make bedding surface flat, remove sharp debris and stones. No standing water is required; construction is allowed on damp base.
2. Pre‑lay Membrane: Lay the membrane with sand‑adhesive side towards concrete structure. Spread on bedding layer following layout lines and align membrane laps.
3. Lap Joint Treatment: Remove release film for long‑side and short‑side laps, bond self‑adhesive layers together. Apply reinforcement layers at corners and internal/external angles.
4. Membrane Fixing: Fix and seal membrane ends and laps with pressure strips to prevent displacement.
5. Finished‑product Protection: Prevent puncture by sharp objects after laying. Proceed with steel bar binding and concrete pouring timely.
6. Concrete Pouring: Pour post‑poured concrete directly on membrane. Concrete will bond tightly with adhesive layer to achieve pre‑laid reverse‑bonding effect.
