HDPE self‑adhesive film pre‑laid waterproof membrane is a dedicated polymer waterproof material for underground waterproofing. The membrane features a three‑layer composite structure: ‑ Main substrate: Virgin HDPE (High‑Density Polyethylene) sheet, serving as the core anti‑seepage layer; ‑ Polymer self‑adhesive layer: Asphalt‑free environmentally friendly pressure‑sensitive reactive adhesive, capable of chemical cross‑linking with cement paste; ‑ Reactive anti‑stick sand layer: Covers and protects the adhesive layer, forming mortise‑and‑tenon interlock upon concrete pouring.
An 80‑100 mm self‑adhesive lap edge is reserved on the side. It adopts full cold construction and pre‑laid reverse‑bonding method: the membrane is loosely laid on bedding with sand‑coated surface facing upward. Steel bars can be bound and concrete poured directly on top. The adhesive layer fuses with post‑poured concrete to form a skin‑type fully‑bonded waterproof layer, completely eliminating the common defect of inter‑layer water channeling.

1. Substrate Treatment: Make bedding surface flat, remove sharp debris and stones. No standing water is required; construction is allowed on damp base.
2. Pre-lay Membrane: Lay the membrane with sand-adhesive side towards concrete structure. Spread on bedding layer following layout lines and align membrane laps.
3. Lap Joint Treatment: Remove release film for long-side and short-side laps, bond self-adhesive layers together. Apply reinforcement layers at corners and internal/external angles.
4. Membrane Fixing: Fix and seal membrane ends and laps with pressure strips to prevent displacement.
5. Finished-product Protection: Prevent puncture by sharp objects after laying. Proceed with steel bar binding and concrete pouring timely.
6. Concrete Pouring: Pour post-poured concrete directly on membrane. Concrete will bond tightly with adhesive layer to achieve pre-laid reverse-bonding effect.
