Construction Procedure

1. Substrate preparation: Remove dust, laitance, oil and loose parts. Repair cracks and holes in advance. Keep surface solid, damp and free of standing water.
2. Detail reinforcement: Apply 1‑2 thin coats as extra reinforcement layer on corners, pipe roots, construction joints and cracks.
3. Material stirring: Stir thoroughly after opening bucket, no extra water dilution.
4. Multi‑layer application: Apply thin coats successively. Apply next coat only when previous one dries. Brush in cross directions to reach designed film thickness.
5. Curing protection: Natural curing. Avoid rain, ponding and mechanical damage before full curing.
6. Protective layer: Apply mortar protection after complete curing. Not suitable for long‑term direct exposure, protective covering is mandatory for exposed areas.
