1. Strong Adhesion and Zero Water Channeling
The porous polypropylene non-woven surface closely interlocks and cures with cement mortar, forming an integral structure with the cement base and protective layer. It completely avoids delamination and eliminates hidden water channeling risks of the waterproof system.
2. Usable on Damp Base Surfaces
No need for fully dry substrates. The membrane can be constructed on damp surfaces without standing water. Adopting flame-free cold wet-laid technology, it ensures safer construction, adapts to closed and humid working conditions, and shortens the project cycle.
3. Superior Mechanical Stability
The composite membrane provides high tensile strength, excellent water impermeability, strong puncture resistance and long-term fatigue resistance. It maintains stable physical performance from -40℃ to 60℃, featuring low-temperature crack resistance and high-temperature deformation resistance.
4. Outstanding Corrosion and Aging Resistance
The polymer material resists acid, alkali and groundwater corrosion. Blended with special anti-aging and anti-oxidation additives, the membrane remains stable in long-term underground buried environments and achieves a long service life under cement protection.
5. Green and Environmentally Friendly
Non-toxic, odorless and pollution-free, the material meets green building standards and is safe for drinking water tank waterproofing. No isolation layer is required after construction; plastering and tile installation can be carried out directly to simplify working procedures.
6. High Comprehensive Cost Performance
The membrane has moderate material cost and only matches ordinary cement for construction with low auxiliary costs. It can be cut freely and flexibly to fit complex nodes, joints and special-shaped structures, reducing overall engineering costs.

Construction Steps
1. Prepare cement bonding mortar
Mix the cement bonding mortar evenly and adjust to a proper consistency for construction.
2. Apply mortar on base and membrane
Coat a layer of cement mortar evenly on the base surface, and simultaneously apply a thin layer of mortar on the non-woven fabric side of the waterproof membrane.
3. Lay and compact the membrane
Place the membrane on the treated base surface, roll and exhaust air completely to ensure full fitting between the membrane and mortar. Remove all air bubbles to prevent hollowing.
4. Membrane lap joint treatment
The lap width of both longitudinal and transverse edges shall be no less than 100 mm. Apply cement mortar evenly on all overlapping positions and compact tightly to eliminate gaps at the joints.
5. Reinforce detailed nodes
Apply additional reinforcing layers in advance at key nodes including internal and external corners, pipe roots, construction joints and deformation joints, then lay the full-area waterproof membrane.
6. Curing and finished product protection
Protect the finished waterproof layer after laying. Subsequent procedures such as protective layer construction, backfilling and plastering can only be carried out after the cement bonding layer is fully cured. Avoid treading and disturbing the waterproof layer before complete curing.
