Polymer‑modified Asphalt Waterproof Coating – Applications

I. Civil Construction

Roof Waterproofing

Applied for waterproofing of new concrete flat roofs and sloped roofs. Suitable for renovation of old roofs, and can be directly coated on existing asphalt membranes for reinforcement waterproofing. It is applicable for planted roofs to resist root penetration and provide long‑term moisture‑proof and anti‑seepage performance.

Kitchen, Bathroom and Partial Areas

Comprehensive waterproofing for bathrooms, balconies, terraces and bay windows. Coating and sealing for special detailed joints such as parapet walls, pipe roots, gutters and internal/external corners, filling gaps hard for membranes to fit.

Waterproofing & Moisture‑proofing for Underground Works

Anti‑seepage and moisture‑proof treatment for basement floors, side walls, roof slabs and civil air‑defense projects.
