Product Description
HDPE self-adhesive pre-applied waterproof membrane is a polymer waterproof material specially designed for underground waterproofing works.
The membrane features a three-layer composite structure:
1. Base Substrate: Virgin HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) sheet, serving as the core anti-seepage layer;
2. Polymer Self-Adhesive Layer: Asphalt-free eco-friendly reactive pressure-sensitive adhesive that achieves chemical crosslinking with cement mortar;
3. Reactive Anti-Stick Sand Layer: Covers and protects the adhesive layer, forming a tenon-and-mortar interlock structure during concrete pouring.
An 80–100 mm self-adhesive overlapping edge is reserved along each side of the membrane. The whole construction process adopts cold application and the pre-laid reverse-bonding method: lay the membrane loosely on the cushion layer with the sand-coated surface facing upward. Steel bars can be bound directly before concrete pouring. The adhesive layer integrates perfectly with post-cast concrete to form a skin-type fully bonded waterproof layer, completely eliminating the common problem of water channeling between layers.
