Product Introduction

Water‑based polyurethane waterproof coating is eco‑friendly polymer waterproof material using water as dispersing medium without organic solvent. It is mainly made of water‑based polyurethane resin, fillers and functional additives. One‑component product, ready‑to‑use after stirring. Continuous elastic waterproof film forms after water evaporation and particle fusion. Free of pungent solvent odor, safe and eco‑friendly. It can be constructed on damp substrate without standing water, widely used for indoor waterproofing of civil buildings and projects with high environmental‑protection requirements.

Product Features

1. Water‑based & eco‑friendly: Water‑borne medium, solvent‑free and low‑odor. User‑friendly for enclosed indoor construction.
2. One‑component ready‑to‑use: No on‑site mixing. Direct application after stirring, avoid quality risks caused by wrong ratio.
3. Damp‑surface workable: Accept damp substrate as long as no standing water, high tolerance for substrate moisture.
4. Good elasticity: Rubber‑like elasticity after curing, good elongation to accommodate substrate deformation and bridge micro‑cracks.
5. Excellent adhesion: Firm bonding to concrete and cement‑mortar substrate, resist blistering and delamination.
6. Safe cold‑application: Apply by brush or roller at ambient temperature, no open‑flame risk. Tools can be cleaned with water.
7. Good breathability: Breathable film allows substrate moisture escape, reduces blistering possibility.
8. Stable water resistance: Good water‑soaking resistance after curing, suitable for indoor damp‑area waterproofing.
9. Notice: Ordinary UV resistance. Long‑term direct exposure is not recommended. Protective layer is required for exposed areas.
