Product Description

Polyethylene‑polypropylene fiber composite waterproof membrane, customizable width from 0.1‑1.2 m, regular thickness 0.6‑1.2 mm. With polyethylene as the core waterproof layer, it is thermally compounded on both sides with high‑strength polypropylene non‑woven fabric. Anti‑aging and anti‑UV additives are incorporated, and it is manufactured by one‑step extrusion lamination, classified as a polymer composite waterproof sheet.

Product Features

Wet‑lay installation: Can be applied on damp but free‑water substrates. Cold‑bonded with polymer‑cement mortar, no open‑flame operation, safe, convenient and time‑saving construction.

Dual‑side polypropylene rough surface: Excellent compatibility with cement mortar for firm bonding and low hollowing risk. Plastering and tile‑adhering can be performed directly on the membrane surface without additional interface treatment.

Superior physical performance: High tensile strength and large elongation at break to accommodate minor substrate cracking and deformation. Excellent water impermeability, acid and alkali resistance, no cracking at ‑20 ℃ low‑temperature bending, strong environmental adaptability.

Eco‑friendly: Non‑toxic and odor‑free, suitable for drinking‑water tank projects. Not for direct exposed use. A protective layer must be applied after completion.

Flexible specifications: Adjustable width 0.1‑1.2 m. Narrow widths for local reinforcement at pipe penetrations, internal/external corners and post‑pouring belts; wide widths for large‑area waterproofing to reduce overlapping joints.

Note: Narrow widths of 0.1‑0.4 m are mainly used for detail reinforcement layers; 0.5‑1.2 m for large‑area waterproof construction.

Scope of Application

Underground works: Waterproofing and damp‑proofing for basement slabs, side walls, garage roofs, civil air‑defense projects and underground utility tunnels.

Roofing works: Non‑exposed roofs, green roofs (used with root‑resistant structures) and sloped roofs. Apply cement mortar / fine‑aggregate concrete protective layer after waterproofing.

Interior construction: Waterproofing for kitchens, bathrooms and balconies. Narrow‑width membranes are preferred for reinforcement at floor drains and pipe penetrations.

Water‑holding structures: Anti‑seepage for fire‑water tanks, landscape pools, sewage tanks and water canals. Qualified grades are applicable to potable‑water reservoirs.

Municipal & hydraulic works: Anti‑seepage and damp‑proofing for tunnels, culverts, dykes and ditches.

Local repair & reinforcement: 0.1‑0.4 m narrow‑width membranes specially for reinforcement layers at internal/external corners, pipe penetrations, post‑pouring belts and construction joints.

Brief Construction Points

Substrate shall be solid, flat, free of standing water, dust and sanding. Apply narrow‑width reinforcement layers at corners and pipe penetrations in advance. Overlap width ≥80‑100 mm.

Full‑surface bonding with polymer‑cement mortar. Fully expel air and compact the membrane.

Install protective layer upon completion before subsequent civil works.
