Product Description

4mm Wet‑laid Self‑adhesive Waterproof Membrane (Polyester Reinforced PY type), in accordance with GB/T 35467‑2017. It adopts polyester non‑woven fabric as reinforcement substrate, double‑sided coated with self‑adhesive polymer modified asphalt compound and covered with release film, with a thickness of 4.0 mm. It firmly bonds to damp concrete substrates by cement slurry wet‑laying method. Available in single‑sided self‑adhesive and double‑sided self‑adhesive versions, Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ for selection. It is a non‑exposed waterproof membrane for cold installation without open‑flame hot‑melt operation.

Product Advantages

Construction on damp substrate: Can be applied on damp substrates without standing water. No need for fully dried base, allowing construction in rainy seasons and shortening project duration effectively.

Excellent anti‑channeling property: Full adhesion among cement slurry, membrane and concrete substrate prevents water channeling under waterproof layer, facilitating leak location and repair.

Superior mechanical performance: Reinforced by polyester substrate, it features high tensile strength, tear resistance and puncture resistance with good elongation to accommodate substrate settlement and crack deformation.

Safe and eco‑friendly cold installation: No open flame or fuel required. Fire hazard is eliminated with no smoke pollution, suitable for construction sites where open fire is forbidden.

Durable weather resistance: Stable performance under high and low temperatures, no flowing at high temperature or cracking at low temperature. Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion for long service life of waterproof system.

Reliable overlapping joints: Self‑adhesive sealing at overlapping edges combined with dual sealing of cement slurry ensures tight joints with certain self‑healing capacity.
