Product Introduction

1.5mm Type‑E high‑strength cross‑laminated film self‑adhesive waterproof membrane is produced with high‑strength cross‑laminated PE film as surface reinforcement, coated with reactive modified‑asphalt self‑adhesive compound, with removable silicon‑coated release film on bottom side. It supports wet‑application with cement mortar or dry self‑adhesive lap installation. The adhesive forms chemical cross‑linking and physical tenon‑lock bonding with cement hydration products, tightly integrated with concrete substrate to avoid water channeling. It is a non‑exposed reactive wet‑laid waterproof membrane.

Material Features

1. High‑strength cross‑laminated film: Balanced longitudinal & transverse performance, excellent tear‑resistance, puncture‑resistance and dimensional stability.
2. Reactive bonding against water channeling: Chemical reaction and physical tenon‑lock effect with cement mortar, full‑bonded to structure without interlayer water flow.
3. High elongation & self‑healing: Type‑E high elongation ≥180%, adhesive creep & self‑healing capacity to accommodate minor substrate deformation and micro‑cracks.
4. Safe cold‑applied construction: No open‑flame heating. Both wet‑laid and dry‑laid methods available. Works on damp substrate without primer.
5. Good low‑temperature property: Flexible at ‑20℃ without cracking, reliable aging resistance.
6. High construction tolerance: Low requirement for substrate flatness, good conformability for complex details; compatible with waterproof coatings for composite waterproofing system.

Application Scope

1. Non‑exposed waterproofing for basement slabs and side walls of civil & industrial buildings.
2. Non‑exposed roof waterproofing, base layer for planted roof.
3. Municipal projects: cut‑and‑cover metro, utility tunnel, tunnel, water tank and canal.
4. Projects forbidding hot‑work, waterproof construction on persistently damp substrate.
