Product Appearance

 Felt Surface Condition: The base material shall be fully impregnated, no unimpregnated areas. The surface shall be flat, and no holes, edge defects, cracks or lumps are allowed. When unrolling the coil any product temperature between 4℃ and 50℃, there shall be no cracks or adhesions exceeding 10mm in outside the 1000mm length from the core. No more than one such defect is allowed. No than one joint is allowed, and the length of the shorter section shall not be less than 1000mm. The joint be cut neatly and extended by 150mm.
