Product Advantages

1. Built‑in polyester fabric reinforcement layer delivers excellent dimensional stability and low thermal expansion‑shrinkage. It effectively avoids blistering and edge curling caused by temperature variation, with better wind‑uplift resistance than homogeneous EPDM sheet, ideal for large‑area roofing.
2. Vulcanized EPDM surface features outstanding ozone resistance, UV resistance and artificial weathering resistance, available for direct exposed application with long outdoor service life.
3. High elasticity and high elongation, accommodates substrate settlement and thermal movement, offering good crack‑bridging performance.
4. Good high‑low temperature resistance: no cracking under low‑temperature bending at ‑35℃, maintains rubber flexibility in cold climate zones.
5. Resistant to acid, alkali, salt‑spray and mild chemical corrosion, suitable for coastal and mildly corrosive projects.
6. High composite strength between layers, anti‑delamination, high mechanical strength and improved puncture resistance.
