High Temp Resistant Torch-applied Modified Bitumen Waterproof Membrane, High Cost Performance

Product Overview

This waterproofing membrane is produced with high-quality polyester felt as reinforcement base, atactic polypropylene or polyolefin polymers as modifiers for petroleum bitumen, and covered with separating materials on both sides.

Product Features

● Excellent water impermeability
● High tensile strength, great elongation rate and outstanding dimensional stability; highly adaptable to substrate shrinkage, deformation and cracking
● Superior high-temperature resistance. SBS type fits waterproofing of buildings in cold zones and areas with frequent structural deformation; APP type is suitable for construction waterproofing in high-temperature regions with intense solar radiation.
● Good resistance to puncture, indentation, tearing, corrosion, mildew and weathering
● Easy construction: torch application is operable all year round with reliable seams.

Application Scope

Waterproofing and damp-proofing for key waterproof projects as well as roofs, walls, basements, bathrooms of industrial and civil buildings;
Waterproofing for bridges, roads, parking lots, swimming pools, tunnels, water storage tanks and other structures;
Especially suitable for buildings in cold regions and areas with frequent structural deformation;
Protection, wrapping and damp-proofing for pipelines and anti-corrosion layers.

Storage and Transport

1. Different types or specifications of products should be separated, not mixed.

2. Keep bitumen torch on membrane dry and ventilated, protected from the sun or rain.

3. Prevent tilt or side pressure during transportation, and cover with felt if necessary.

4. Storage time is at least one year from manufacture date if the product is under normal storage condition.
