Thoroughly clean the concrete substrate, remove laitance, dust, oil stains and loose peeling materials. Repair honeycombs, holes, wide cracks over 0.4mm and damaged areas. Fully wet the substrate to keep it moist, clean and solid. No standing water is allowed. Focus on cleaning and polishing details such as internal and external corners, construction joints and pipe roots.

Mix according to the standard water-powder ratio, add water first then powder. Stir electrically for 2-3 minutes to form a smooth, lump-free slurry. Let it stand for maturation for 2-5 minutes and stir again before use. Prepare and use the slurry on demand, finish using within 20 minutes, and never re-stir with additional water.

Detail Reinforcement Treatment

For vulnerable leakage-prone parts such as construction joints, post-pouring belts, wall-penetrating pipes, corners and cracks, apply a thin coat of crystalline slurry as reinforcement first to fully cover the details. Proceed with large-area construction only after the reinforcement layer is completely dried and cured to eliminate leakage risks.

Large-area Coating Construction

Adopt brush coating or trowel coating for two cross-direction coats. Apply the first thin even coat, and apply the second cross coat vertically after the first coat is completely dry and non-sticky. Ensure uniform coating thickness with no missing coating or accumulation, and strictly control coating thickness and construction dosage.

 Moisture Curing (Core Procedure)

Start moisture curing immediately after the initial setting of the coating, and keep continuous water spraying curing for no less than 72 hours. Keep the coating moist during curing, avoid direct sunlight exposure, strong wind, frost and water scouring. Sufficient moisture activates the active crystallization of the material to ensure waterproof and impermeable effect.

Finished Product Protection & Subsequent Construction

No stepping, impact or scouring on the waterproof layer during curing. After the coating is fully cured and meets the standard, subsequent constructions such as plastering, mortar leveling, tile pasting and backfilling can be carried out directly without extra interface treatment. The construction ambient temperature shall be 5℃-35℃, and construction is prohibited in rainy and snowy weather.
