Product Introduction

Acrylic waterproof coating is a one‑component water‑based polymer waterproof material mainly made of pure acrylate polymer emulsion, compounded with pigments, fillers and functional additives. Using water as dispersion medium, it can be directly applied out of the can without on‑site mixing. After application, water evaporates to form a continuous, complete and elastic rubber‑like waterproof film, which can accommodate minor cracking and deformation of substrates to achieve anti‑seepage and waterproof performance.

• High elasticity & crack‑resistance: High elongation at break. The flexible film bridges fine substrate cracks and adapts to thermal expansion, contraction and minor structural deformation.
• Weather & UV resistance: Excellent anti‑aging and temperature tolerance for exposed applications. Color‑tintable; light‑colored films deliver heat‑reflecting effect, integrating waterproofing and decoration.
• Strong adhesion: Firm bonding to concrete, cement mortar, metal and old waterproof layers. Resists peeling and flaking. Can be applied on damp substrates with no standing water.
• Easy application: One‑component cold application. Available for brush, roller and spray coating. Forms seamless film on complex areas such as pipe roots and internal/external corners; easy maintenance.
• Breathable performance: Permits moisture vapor release from substrate to reduce blistering risk. Not suitable for continuous long‑term immersion conditions.
